For your final assignment, explore, in-depth, one of the advanced Canvas tools. For this assignment you can:

  • Create a short (>6 min) lecture capture video using Panopto. If you choose this option, click the Submit Assignment button, choose Text Editor, and embed the video you recorded using the Panopto icon on the Rich Text Editor.
  • Add Zoom to a Module in your Sandbox and use the tool to record a short meeting where you explore the tools and features of Zoom with a colleague. If you choose this option, be sure to record to your desktop (Check out the tutorial video on recording Zoom meetings!) click the Submit Assignment button, choose File Upload, and upload the MP4 file Zoom recorded to your desktop.
  • Schedule a consultation with Instructional Technology to discuss Canvas, Panopto, Zoom, course design, etc.! If you choose this option, contact Instructional Technology at instructionaltech@ewu.edu or by calling 509-309-6656. Once you have scheduled your consultation, type in the date, time, and name of the team member you will be meeting with in the assignment submission text editor.
