Welcome to the Week 6 Final Test. The 36 question test is worth 100 points and should take about 90 minutes to take. The questions are multiple choice and matching. The test covers terms and concepts introduced in the course from Module 1 to 6. The content is drawn from the course Power Points, Discussions, Readings, and Videos. The test is open book, notes, discussion, Power Points and internet. Basically you may use any source except for other humans. Do not ask others for help when taking the test. You may study with others prior to starting the test but you are to take the test alone. Please do not share or discuss the test with others while you are taking it and once you have taken it.
While the test is technically due on Sunday night, the test is available until 9 am Pacific Time on Tuesday following the end of Week 6. Thus, you do not need to worry if you are finishing the test on Sunday night. You will not be cut off. Further, if you need an extension, you may have until Tuesday morning following Week 6.
You will only have one chance to take the quiz. Once you start, you must complete it. The test is 120 minutes in length and will be closed after 130 minutes. You will be able review the quiz after 12:15 on Tuesday following the end of Week 6 until Wednesday night following the end of Week 6.
There are three questions worth 12 points that will require you to use the table found on slide 24 of the PUBH 501 AP Assessment Planning Implementing and Evaluation Power Point found in the Week 5 Overview. You will be expected to use the table on the slide and formula found in the notes section under the slide as a guide for determining the best courses of action. It is recommended that you create this table ahead of time and that you are familiar with the concepts used in the table.
