icon Online Lecture - Plans for improving equal access to quality instruction & Using Data Wise

In conjunction with your mentor principal, you will identify the issues you will be addressing. The projects you will be working on for WSS Common Performance Tasks 1 through 4 should flow from the School Improvement Plan. Please include background information about why these are significant issue that needs to be solved and discuss the affected communities, which may include staff, students, parents, the district and the community. Identify who will be involved in the problem solving process and develop goal statements to guide the activities of the action teams. Develop preliminary plans with time-lines detailing how you intend to proceed. Begin to identify research resources you will be using, with at least three initial sources. The work of John Hattie and Richard Dufour will provide assistance in this endeavor. The Data Wise process is clearly a professional learning community conducting action research and is also an excellent reference for this project.
