As you've read over the terminology and listen to the "NBC Latino" video, you will be tested on your knowledge over these terms. Remember to always ask your mentee, how do they identify?

Many mentees who are unfamiliar with the origin of the term Hispanic, will use Hispanic, and that's okay. As a mentor is your job to help them feel empowered by their identities.
