A course isn't complete without assignments, discussions, and assessments. These are the activities in your course that engage your students and help to facilitate learning. This module covers the creation of assignments and activities in your course.

Participants who complete this module will be able to:

• Define the options for assignments
• List the benefits of grouping assignments
• Define the options for discussions
• Define the options for quizzes
• Identify ways to create quiz questions
• Recognize the difference between graded and un-graded assignments

Canvas tools and features covered in this module include: Assignments, Assignment Groups, Discussions, Quizzes. 

The lessons in this module include:

• Lesson 1: Building Assignments
• Lesson 2: Designing Discussions
• Lesson 3: Adding Assessments (Quizzes Or Surveys)
• Lesson 4: Grouping Assignments

After completing the lessons, review Module 2 summary before taking [MODULE 2] Quiz. You must receive 80% or above on the quiz to successfully complete this module.
